Aurora

Aurora Aksnes, born June 15 1995 in Stavanger and known professionally as Aurora or, sometimes, stylized in the form of AURORA is a Norwegian music producer and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is released in May of 2015 by Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from media and bloggers. Half the World Away, by the Oasis group for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among her most well-known recordings. She gained some further recognition through a tweet from Katy Perry where Perry endorsed her song Runaway. Celebrate her special birthday. Aurora Aksnes' first musical memory involves finding a small piano in her basement and bewildered by the sound it created. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged Aurora to study music not to get an income or as a pastime, but as an opportunity to improve. As a result, she began writing songs of her own. Her influences include renowned authors Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her love of Bjork's style. Her mother had told her the songs she composed could be used to not make her famous but instead to inspire people to see their own value and impact on this world, she began performing them publicly. She began playing the piano as her primary instrument, at six. She started making music at the age of nine. She didn't tell her family about it until she turned 14. Aurora was not a dream of her childhood. Her sole passion is to compose music. She believes that music is the only method to experience anything.
